InGenius Prep

I am a former Assistant Director of Admissions at Dartmouth College, my alma mater. As an Admissions Officer at Dartmouth, I traveled and read over 1000 applications of students from a wide variety of backgrounds, and was the Admissions office contact for states in New England, the Mid West, and the Mid Atlantic.

I have diverse experience advising students and families throughout all stages of the admissions process. For instance, I have hosted workshops for US high school guidance counselors and youth development organizations to deepen their understanding of the Admissions process.

I’m passionate about using my skills to bring out the best in my students and help them excel. I have been mentoring students and facilitating leadership and diversity seminars for over 6 years, starting as a counselor and teacher at the Blue Hills Civic Association, a nonprofit based in CT, continuing as an Admissions Officer at Dartmouth and in my current work with InGenius Prep. As a FAO for Ingenius Prep, I help students develop their personal narrative, fine-tune their leadership skills and define their extracurricular profiles. In addition to a thorough understanding of the holistic review process used to evaluate students at highly-selective colleges and universities, my track record as a leader, community organizer and educator allows me to connect and prepare my students to be competitive in the application process.
