I am a current fourth-year medical student at Weill Cornell Medical College and am active in both research and global health volunteering. I graduated from the University of Rochester in 2013 with a BS in Brain and Cognitive Sciences and a BA in Psychology.
Throughout my academic career, my passion for helping others achieve their dreams has led me to serve in numerous mentorship and teaching roles. I was an editor for the undergraduate research journal and a teaching assistant in Neuropsychology at the University of Rochester. During medical school, I have been actively involved in asylum work as well as student and physician education regarding the special medical needs of victims of torture through the Weill Cornell Center for Human Rights and Physicians for Human Rights.
In my spare time, I enjoy traveling, exploring new music, and baking deliciously fattening sweets.
