I was an Assistant Director of Undergraduate Admission at Carnegie Mellon University. Previously, I was a student at CMU. I graduated in 2013 with a degree in History and a minor in Engineering Studies, and I began working in Carnegie Mellon’s office of undergraduate admission shortly after.
My experience as an admission counselor gives me insight into what colleges are looking for in prospective students. Along the way, I have happily shared my understanding of higher education with students that were preparing to apply to selective schools throughout the country. My years of experience as a tutor have shown me how important it is to make personal connections with those who I am assisting. I have been able to guide students towards success by stressing the importance of the right fit.
In my free time I like to cook, play/watch sports, and create music. I enjoy relaxing at home with family and friends. Most importantly, I’m a people person, down to earth, easy going, and full of love and laughter.
