I am a former student interviewer for the Health Sciences and Technology (HST) Division of Harvard Medical School, a joint Harvard-MIT academic MD program. I graduated from Harvard College magna cum laude, received an MD with honors from Harvard Medical School in the HST track, and am now a senior orthopaedic resident in the Harvard Combined Orthopaedic Residency Program. I continue to be involved with research and clinical projects during residency and plan to pursue an MPH during my training as well.
As someone who learned much from my seniors, I enjoy working now with others trying to find the strongest path forward for themselves in their education and career. I have advised many students over the years, locally and internationally, and have given talks in several countries on applying to U.S. undergraduate and graduate degree programs. I hope to continue working with motivated and sincere students looking to make the most of their educational goals.
Outside of the hospital, I enjoy sailing on the Charles River at MIT, attending classes on language and religion, and providing medical coverage for youth football and hockey in Boston. I’m also addicted to bubble tea and hope to one day have my own smoothie and milkshake bar at home.
