Andrew Hazen is a Former Admissions Officer from Northwestern University. Andrew grew up in Rockford, Illinois and received his undergraduate degree from Northwestern University, where he studied Human Communication Sciences and Performance. Later, he stayed in Evanston to complete his master’s degree preparing to become a clinical Speech-Language Pathologist working closely with professionals who rely upon their voice.
During his time at Northwestern, Andrew was heavily involved in the undergraduate admissions office starting as a university tour guide, becoming a supervisor of the tour guide program, and lastly as a graduate admission counselor. Andrew has many years of experience interacting with families, both at Northwestern’s office and in their schools, as well as reading countless student applications.
At InGenius Prep, Andrew is a firm believer that each student possesses potential and our process allows students to identify that potential and construct the narrative to share that with others.
