Andrew Lee is a Graduate Coach with InGenius Prep who has a diverse background in research and education. He received his BS in Human Development with a minor in Gerontology from Cornell University. He is currently at Stanford University School of Medicine, where he supports research and interdisciplinary teams across a range of clinical and academic projects.
Throughout his time at Cornell and Stanford, Andrew has coordinated research studies, designed and taught college courses, and mentored students one-on-one to help them achieve their academic and career goals. He has also supported interdisciplinary teams across multiple specialties, immersing himself in collaborative and dynamic environments that have given him an in-depth understanding of the inner workings of research and higher education.
In addition to his work at Stanford and Cornell, Andrew has held leadership and mentoring roles that allowed him to work with diverse student populations. Throughout his academic and professional journey, he has advised students as they navigate the challenges of the admissions process. These experiences have provided him with a strong sense of the expectations of admissions committees as well as an appreciation for the diverse backgrounds and aspirations that students bring to their applications.
As a Graduate Coach, Andrew believes that his people-centered, strength-based approach — shaped by hands-on tutoring, research leadership, and academic mentorship — allows him to adapt his guidance to fit each student’s individual goals and strengths.
