Hello! I am a Technology Recruiter with InGenius Prep, based in Los Angeles, California.
I was born and raised in Raleigh, North Carolina and received my undergraduate degree from Cornell University. Upon graduating, I worked in financial services in business development/client relations before pivoting into technology recruiting. Throughout my career I have worked with and consulted for companies spanning the gaming, financial, health tech, and startup industries- helping them hire tech talent in different disciplines at various levels. Five years into my career I decided to go to business school to solidify my business acumen to better understand the teams and companies I worked with in the tech space; I obtained my MBA from The University of Michigan and came back to talent acquisition because this is truly where my passion lies.
I am particularly interested in democratizing the vast amount of economic opportunity that exists in the tech and gaming space. Over the past few years I have served as a career advisor to dozens of peers, mentees, and student mock-interviewees. My mission in these engagements is always to demystify the hiring process by breaking it down into small, actionable pieces and assisting wherever I can.
In my free time I enjoy traveling, exercise, podcasts and spending time with loved ones.
