Jack Fitch is a Former Admissions Officer with InGenius Prep who brings 20 years of experience in college admission, counseling and teaching. Prior to beginning his career in education, Jack earned his BA in Religious Studies from Florida State University, his MAT in Social Science Education from University of South Florida, and his EdD in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies from Florida State University.
His career in education includes service as Assistant Dean of Admission at Hamilton College, Assistant Director of College Counseling at a large, independent school in Florida, and Director of College Counseling at an independent school in Alabama. He also served on the University of Miami Counselor Advisory Board. Through his role as a college counselor, Jack provided guidance to countless high-achieving students aiming for top-ranked universities.
At InGenius Prep, Jack enjoys helping students determine the criteria that they want to consider when making their school list. Understanding how important school fit is, he places an emphasis on this process. Jack excels at helping students identify their passions and develop their profiles accordingly, with impressive admissions results as a goal. With results at several top schools and experience with both national and liberal arts colleges, Jack is well-suited to work with a variety of students from different backgrounds.
