Kim Walters is a Graduate Coach with InGenius Prep, based in Florida. She earned her Associate in Arts degree from St. Petersburg College before pursuing her Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) and Leadership Certificate at the University of Florida. With a passion for mentorship and advocacy, Kim has demonstrated a strong commitment to supporting students through leadership roles within her college. These roles include serving as Chapter President of the Industry Pharmacists Organization (IPhO) and Vice President of International for the American Pharmacists Association – Academy of Student Pharmacists (APhA-ASP).
In these positions, she has led initiatives to foster professional growth, organize educational events, and build supportive networks within the pharmacy community. Beyond her leadership roles, Kim brings hands-on experience in both clinical and community pharmacy settings. At Tampa General Hospital, she serves as an inpatient pharmacist intern, performing accurate medication reconciliations and contributing to quality improvement projects. These experiences have sharpened her skills in communication, problem-solving, and collaboration—strengths she brings to her role as a Graduate Coach.
Kim is passionate about empowering students by sharing her insights and helping them navigate their academic and professional journeys with confidence and clarity. Kim’s coaching philosophy is rooted in the belief that every student’s path is unique.
