Her academic credentials include an MS in Education Policy and Management from Harvard University, an MS in Bilingual Education from Fordham University, and a BA in Political Science from Marymount Manhattan College. Lida has directly influenced the admissions process by serving as an admissions reader for Stanford University and previously leading high school admissions for New York City Public Schools.
During her tenure in NYC, she demonstrated innovation by helping to launch the city’s first-ever virtual arts audition submission platform during the pandemic, an achievement that earned honorable mention from the NYC Tech(X) Award. Her commitment to educational leadership was further recognized through her selection as a Leadership in Education Fellow at Harvard University.
