About Raha Francis

Hi! I’m a career coach with InGenius Prep, focused on helping recent graduates and experienced hires figure out the keys to their own career rocketship. I’m a Harvard Law JD and ex-Boston Consulting Group consultant, at the MBA level. Both during and after BCG, I’ve worked in strategy roles across industries and companies – from top-5 Fortune 500 companies, to tech startup environments, to directly with entrepreneurs. I’ve directly coached folks at all levels – from getting into grad school, to pivoting industries. I’ve lived on 3 different continents and 4 countries, and speak 4 languages fluently or near-fluently- English, Tamil, Spanish and French. (Currently working on my Turkish!)

A question I care about: How do I help folks figure out their “Why”, so that they can create a career rocket ship that makes them come alive?
