Hi there! I am a Graduate Coach with InGenius Prep, based in Atlanta, GA.
I was born and raised in Atlanta and then moved to New York City to attend New York University. I attended the NYU Gallatin School of Individualized Study and concentrated in Social Justice Education. During my undergraduate tenure, I was involved with multiple community youth organizations and mentored students through their college application processes.
After completing my undergraduate studies, I was apart of the Teach for America Miami-Dade Corp and taught high school English in Miami, FL. During this time, I assisted my students with strengthening their college-level writing skills and helped senior students revise their personal statements and resumes.
After my time in Miami, I attended the Harvard University Graduate School of Education where I earned a Masters in Education Policy and Management. During my graduate studies, I continued to support local Boston high school students during their college application processes.
Since then, I have worked as an account and project manager for an Ed Tech startup where I supported multiple school leaders with their data entry and analysis. Outside of work, I am an avid traveler, reader, museum goer, Spanish learner, and vegan cook.
I look forward to working together and achieving your goals!
