Ally graduated from Grand Valley State University as team captain of the women’s lacrosse team with a BS in Psychology. Upon graduation, she coached at her alma mater before coaching collegiate lacrosse at San Diego State University. While at the helm of the women’s lacrosse club, guided the Aztecs to three consecutive conference titles and play off appearances, as well as one national tournament appearance. During her SDSU tenure, Ally received her Master’s degree in Coaching and Athletic Administration from Concordia University, Irvine. Additionally, Ally served as a Student Athlete Academic Coordinator for both San Diego State University and the University of San Diego Athletic Departments. Upon moving to Connecticut, she continued coaching at the University of Bridgeport, Post University, and Central Connecticut State University. In 2017, she took her talents from coaching to recruiting. Now as the Director of Recruiting and Human Resources, she lives back in San Diego with her husband Shane and daughter Adelaide.
