At Stanford University, I read, evaluated, and made decisions on hundreds of undergraduate applications. Over the years, I’ve coached dozens of students on their applications and essays, helping them get into their dream college or graduate school.
Recently, I have partnered closely with technology companies on strategies to both attract and select the best candidates. I leverage over 16 years of recruiting experience for high-growth, highly-selective tech companies including Google, Square, and Pinterest where I served as a Recruiting Director. My experiences across admissions and recruitment mean that I am not only aware of what highly selective institutions are looking for in their applicants, but also what large technology companies look for when hiring.
I’m originally from the great state of Maine, and currently live in the San Francisco Bay Area with my wife and four red-headed children. I’m an avid sports fan, average fantasy football player, and ardent member of Boston Red Sox Nation.
I received a BA in psychology from Wesleyan University (CT) and an MA in higher education administration from Stanford.
