As a Former Admissions Officer at both University of California, Berkeley’s Haas School of Business and Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business, I have read thousands of applications and am well trained in knowing what schools are seeking in an outstanding candidate. I am extremely passionate about education, and enjoy helping others who share this same love. As an application advisor, my greatest skill is knowing how to best position a candidate for admission by using the entire application process to unfold a compelling life story and convey a dynamic personal brand. I truly enjoy learning an applicant’s interests, motivations, and dreams, and find personal pleasure helping them reach their goal of securing a coveted admissions spot.
I was born in St. Louis, Missouri, and raised in Palo Alto, California. I earned my M.B.A. and B.A. (Economics major, Business Administration minor) at the University of California, Berkeley, and my J.D. at the University of San Francisco School of Law. I am also a Member of the California Bar Association. After law school, I worked in Consumer Products groups at Sony and Cisco before embarking on a business consulting career. I have spent years in admissions work, both in-house, and as a consultant for applicants to top graduate schools across the country. I was a member of the Women’s Varsity Swimming Team at Cal, and am a very proud alum.
In my spare time, I enjoy reading, exercising, spending time at the beach and watching my three children swim at USA Swimming meets.
