I graduated cum laude from Harvard College with a degree in Music, where I was named a Harvard College Scholar. I spent three years there working as a research assistant to an ethnomusicology professor on numerous academic projects, including a world music textbook that has been used by students across the globe. After graduation, I conducted my independent research in Tokyo as a John Knowles Paine Traveling Fellow before joining the London Symphony Orchestra as a member of its Marketing and Communications team.
I was the first person from my high school to have applied to and been accepted by an American university. This experience taught me the importance of having proper guidance during the process. My main goal as a tutor is to help students navigate this seemingly complex world of college admissions with the knowledge and confidence that they need to succeed, working closely with them to build impressive application packages.
In my free time, I attend concerts, train for marathons and try as much as possible to find the space and time to read good books recommended by friends.
