I am currently pursuing a Masters in Public Policy (MPP) at the Harvard Kennedy School, concentrating on the intersection between business and government. At HKS, I am the founder/president of the HKS Management Consulting Club, and am the vice president of the HKS student government. Prior to HKS, I was a management consultant for McKinsey & Company, serving private/public sector clients across the USA and Asia on various strategy-related topics. At my alma mater UC Berkeley, I was the graduation commencement speaker for my graduating class of the Economics department (400+ graduates).
Over the last eight years, I’ve taught and coached numerous students and clients in many capacities. First, I was a college admissions consultant at Shareworld Learning Center in San Jose, CA, where I strategized with high school students/parents on the competitive undergraduate admissions process and led multi-round counseling sessions and essay critiques. Second, I was also a speech & debate mentor, teaching high school students on effective public speaking techniques and debating best practices. Finally, I’ve coached many C-suite executives throughout my management consulting career on leadership and strategy topics to unlock the full potential of their businesses.
In my free time, I love watching and playing American football. I’m also a global traveler and enjoy exploring new exotic destinations across the world!
