I am a PhD student at Brandeis University, where I am studying Assets & Inequalities at the Heller School of Social Policy. I have an MS at the Heller School in Social Policy, an MA from Johns Hopkins University in Urban Education and two BAs from the University of California, Berkeley where I majored in Political Science & Near Eastern Studies with a minor in Global Poverty & Practice.
I was a Harvard Rappaport Fellow, an Urban Policy fellow with Senator Mike Johnston, and a research fellow at the Aspen Institute. I have tutored Brandeis students in writing personal statements, taught English for two years through Teach for America, taught Model UN in Beijing, China and leadership skills in Humjibre, Ghana. I absolutely love working with students and helping them achieve their goals.
In my spare time, I enjoy traveling with my husband and meeting new people!
