I am a former admissions counselor at InGenius Prep and currently live in Ithaca, New York. I previously worked in admissions at the Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell University.
I grew up in Salt Lake City, Utah, and attended Boston University and Brigham Young University for my undergraduate degree. After graduation, I lived in France and Italy for a while before attending BYU Marriott School of Management to pursue a Master of Public Administration. While at Marriott School of Management, I also worked in the graduate program promotion and recruitment for the school. After graduating with my master’s, I went into higher education, including working in admissions at the Florence Institute of Design in Italy. It was a great experience working with students from all over the world. I then moved on to Cornell University’s Johnson School of Management as an admissions officer.
Over the past few years, I have provided college application guidance to dozens of students from all backgrounds. I enjoy helping students prepare an excellent application and get the best start on their higher education journey. Regardless of a student’s background and experience, I believe everyone has a compelling story to tell in their application. I am most skilled in guiding students who are applying to management schools or business-related programs.
In my free time, I enjoy playing with my two sons, volunteering, traveling, eating Italian food, hiking, and watching Korean dramas. I look forward to working with you and helping you take this important step in your life’s journey.
