The Leadership and Innovation Lab (LIL) is a selective and highly experiential opportunity for students to learn, develop, and demonstrate leadership skills. After completing the intake process, we will assign you a Former Admissions Officer and Graduate Coach based on your interests, goals, and personality. From there, your student will work 2-on-1 directly with their team through video chat, email, text, and The Genie.
