Hello! I am a Graduate Coach (Medical) with InGenius Prep. I currently live in Denver, Colorado where I am an emergency physician at multiple Denver area hospitals and free-standing emergency departments. I received my Bachelor of Science in Biology and Bachelor of Arts in French at the University of Houston, where I was also a member of the Honors College. After graduating summa cum laude, I received the Rotary Ambassadorial scholarship and spent a year in France working towards a master’s degree in Public Health at Université Paris Sud 11. From there, I attended medical school at Weill Cornell Medical College in New York City. I then matched at one of the top emergency medicine residencies in the country, Denver Health, where I spent four years training to become an emergency physician.

Throughout my medical training, I had frequent formal and informal opportunities to mentor and teach students from the high-school level to college and medical students, as well as interns and residents. In 2018, I was awarded the Emergency Medicine Clerkship Outstanding Resident Teaching Award by the University of Colorado School of Medicine. I find mentoring to be fun and engaging and now that I’ve (finally!) completed my medical training, I look forward to helping others start their journey in the medical field!

In my free time, I love to run, hike, camp, travel and check out local coffee shops and breweries.
