Jaynie graduated with a BA in English at National Taiwan Normal University and studied abroad at Leiden University in the Netherlands in her junior year. She later received a full-ride scholarship to complete her MA in Chinese Pedagogy at Indiana University. After teaching Chinese at IU, she worked under international admissions at Washington State University. Jaynie is passionate about facilitating access to cross-cultural exchanges and helping students develop practical skills outside of the classroom. Fluent in English and Mandarin, she also enjoys weight-lifting, baking, and photography.
