Breda Page Violette is a Graduate Coach with InGenius Prep who graduated Magna Cum Laude from Harvard University with an AB in the Comparative Study of Religion. As a Fulbright scholar and educator, Breda brings extensive experience with public service, research, and writing to her role as a Graduate Coach. Having served roles in higher education, administration, and community outreach projects, Breda uses her knowledge and insights to guide students on the best path toward college admissions.
While at Harvard University, she was the director of a student-run homeless shelter, interned with a multinational NGO focused on improving teaching and learning, and developed partnerships between Harvard University and Food for Free. Breda also conducted ethnographic research and wrote a 75-page senior thesis based on her research. By leveraging her experiences both inside and outside of academia, Breda helps students develop their own dynamic set of experiences and hone their ability to write about those experiences.
As a Graduate Coach, Breda is committed to helping high-school students think creatively about their unique interests and life experiences. For Breda, this means encouraging students to pursue a wide-ranging set of experiences that reflect their unique, multi-faceted interests. She believes that developing these self-development and writing skills will serve students during the college application, and with Brenda’s guidance, students will receive the tools they need to succeed at their top-choice school.
