Dr. Caitlin Hogan is a Graduate Coach with InGenius Prep based in London, UK. She was awarded a full-ride Odyssey scholarship to attend the University of Chicago, where she received a BA in Linguistics and was inducted into the Phi Beta Kappa academic honors society. Afterward, she was awarded a Masters of Research (MRes) and a PhD in Linguistics from Queen Mary University of London.
Caitlin has worked with students at InGenius since 2019, focussing on all aspects of their applications from essays to activities to interview prep, and also takes great care to focus on students’ personal development, confidence and organization. As a counsellor, she prioritises forward planning, time management and appropriate scheduling based on individual students’ needs, to maximise their probability of success. She has worked with students from a diverse range of nationalities, intended majors and extracurricular foci, making her well-suited to coaching students of any background.
Outside of her counselling work, Caitlin enjoys swimming, Formula 1 and studying languages (she speaks Japanese and Korean, and is currently learning Finnish!)
