Hello! I’m a Graduate Coach at InGenius Prep. I received my undergraduate degree from The George Washington University where I majored in Business Administration with a concentration in Small Business Management. I then went on to receive my Doctorate of Dental Medicine at The University of Connecticut, where I served as an admissions representative. I am currently in orthodontics residency at the University of Michigan. Throughout both my undergraduate and dental school training, I served as an academic tutor and mentor to students ranging from middle school to graduate school.
My passion lies in teaching and education. In dental school, I participated in a longitudinal mentorship pipeline program for underrepresented students where I created lesson plans for those interested in careers in healthcare, which included resume and essay writing workshops, college preparatory guidance, and mental health activities. While in residency, I have spoken on panels for high school students interested in healthcare as well as dental students pursuing orthodontics residency.
I am always looking for new trails to hike with my pandemic puppy. I also enjoy spending time with my family, traveling to new places and trying new foods and of course creating beautiful smiles for my patients!
