I graduated from Northwestern University with a Bachelor of Music degree in Voice and Opera and Music Education where I also earned the Undergraduate Award for Academic Achievement.
After college, I channeled my passion for education towards teaching high school chorus, AP Music Theory, piano, and musical theater in Connecticut. In this capacity, I directed the annual musical theater production and conducted three curricular and three extracurricular ensembles. Over 40 of my students were accepted to the All-National Honor Chorus, ACDA All-Eastern Honor Chorus, and the CMEA All-State and Regional Honor Chorus. After teaching in high school, I proceeded to earn a Master’s of Education at the Harvard Graduate School of Education in School Leadership. While at Harvard, I served as an interviewer for the undergraduate admissions office, which helped give me greater perspective into the admissions process.
I am thrilled to join InGenius Prep as Director of Counselor Management so that I can help students and parents navigate the college application process. I hope to help all students achieve their full potential and realize their dreams for college and beyond.
