Kyra Green is a Former Admissions Officer with experience at Bowdoin College, where she reviewed undergraduate applications and hosted educational events to guide students through the admissions process. She currently serves as the Inaugural Assistant Director of Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion at Georgetown University’s Office of Graduate Studies. She holds a BA in Psychology and Sociology from Kenyon College.
At Bowdoin, Kyra also served as Director of the Multicultural Center, where she expanded the college’s diversity fly-in programs and developed an online mentoring initiative connecting prospective students with admissions officers.
Drawing on her admissions committee experience and ongoing DEI work in higher education, Kyra brings a thoughtful perspective on access, belonging, and mentorship to her work with students.
