Lucas Wolman is a Graduate Coach with InGenius Prep. He studied Manufacturing Engineering at Trinity Hall, Cambridge, graduating with First Class Honours in the top five of his cohort, and is currently completing an MSc in Transport with Data Science at Imperial College London on a Rees Jeffreys Road Fund bursary.
At Arup, Lucas worked on the HS2 Ground Movement Assessment and led a multi-stakeholder vibration study at Barclays’ Canary Wharf tower, translating detailed technical analysis into reports non-specialists could act on. Since graduating, he has worked at Founders Match, a joint venture between Founders Forum Group and Globant, building the platform’s data infrastructure and KPI reporting and helping shape go-to-market strategy. He has also spent several years as a Laidlaw Scholar, sitting on the programme’s global Scholars’ Advisory Board.
As a Graduate Coach, Lucas combines a rigorous, maths-heavy academic background with real startup experience, and works especially well with students bridging the gap between raw ability and the ability to communicate it.
