Rebecca Pol Balboa is a Graduate Coach with InGenius Prep. Rebecca graduated from Amherst College with honors, receiving a BA in European Studies and French. At Amherst, Rebecca was heavily involved in athletics, where she played for the tennis and squash teams. Following graduation, Rebecca worked in education as an English teacher in South Korea, demonstrating her passion for facilitating learning, and continued her own academic journey.
Rebecca earned her MSc with distinction in Global Europe: Culture and Conflict from the prestigious London School of Economics and Political Science. She then went on to obtain her MA in Political Science from UCLA. During her time at LSE and then UCLA, Rebecca conducted research in the field of political science, as well as serving as a Teaching Assistant.
Bilingual in English and Spanish, and conversant in Korean and French, Rebecca brings linguistic versatility to her role. Her time in the education sector has been marked by her deep commitment to helping students navigate their academic challenges. Leveraging her rich academic background and international exposure, Rebecca focuses on providing thorough support and guidance to students preparing for competitive college admissions.
