Michael earned his PhD from Yale University, during which he worked on a research experiment at the Large Hadron Collider at CERN, studying particle correlations in heavy ion collisions. While at Yale, he also worked with students as a teaching fellow in the laboratory and introductory physics courses for non-science and science majors. Michael’s counseling philosophy is characterized by empathy and a genuine desire to see his students thrive.
