I earned my Master’s in Chinese Studies from Fudan University and earned my Bachelor’s in International Relations from the University of California, Irvine. I began my career with Michael Page first as a Manager of Property and Construction, and later advanced within the company to become an Associate Director of Technology. From this position, I again was promoted to my current position of Associate Director of Financial Services. I currently lead the Banking and Financial Services sector in Hong Kong, managing a team of ten employees.

Since 2010, I have gained experience in recruiting across Asia for Real Estate, Private Equity, Venture Capital, Hedge Fund, and Asset Manager, Sell-Side Banking, Technology roles and Management level positions. I’ve worked within Fortune 500 companies and the top 20 Global Technology firms. I’ve developed a broad skill set to help understand what companies are looking for in anything from the client’s CV to the interview process. I’m experienced in advising on resumes and CVs, interview coaching, and how to negotiate salary.

I have two children, and in my spare time, I enjoy traveling, golf and fitness. I am quadrilingual, and speak English, Mandarin, Shanghainese and Cantonese.
