Since then, Alison has lived, worked, and volunteered in nearly 40 countries across the Americas, Europe, Middle East, Africa, and Asia. Her career includes over 15 years of recruiting experience in executive search, agency, and in-house settings, with 10 years spent scaling and leading global talent teams and initiatives in companies like McKinsey and Bain. She has a proven track record of creating innovative talent solutions and delivering results.
Most recently, Alison has focused on providing customized career support to help job seekers refine their brand, navigate hiring processes, and achieve their career goals. As a Graduate Coach, Alison draws upon her global experience and talent acquisition expertise to guide individuals in their career development journeys.
