Aneilia Simpson is a Graduate Coach with InGenius Prep, based in the UK. Aneilia earned both her BA and MA degrees in Biochemistry from the University of Oxford. She has worked extensively in education, teaching for a non-profit organization where she designed and led lessons for underprivileged students with limited access to education. Aneilia now brings that experience to her counseling role, guiding students through the college application process.
In her role as an Outreach Officer at Oxford, Aneilia guided hundreds of prospective students through the admissions process. She led Q&A sessions, created example interview questions, and conducted mock interviews—helping students from a variety of backgrounds prepare for their Oxford applications. Aneilia also volunteered for the Black Excellence Network, mentoring talented Black students and successfully helping one of her mentees secure an offer to study Natural Sciences at Cambridge.
As a Graduate Coach, Aneilia brings a warm and passionate approach to her counseling role. Her history guiding students and research experience in association with Harvard have given her a keen eye for detail. She is committed to enhancing her students’ profiles and helping them craft the best applications for their college admissions. With her guidance and educational insights, Aneilia helps her students confidently navigate the application process for their dream schools.
