Caitlin Moore is a Former Admissions Officer at InGenius Prep, where she helps students navigate the graduate school admissions process with a mix of strategy, structure, and encouragement. She holds a Master’s degree in Communication, Culture & Technology from Georgetown University, where her research explored public communications strategy and institutional branding. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Development & Family Studies from the University of Connecticut.
Currently, Caitlin is based at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where she serves as the Assistant Director of Career Education. In this role, she leads pre-law and pre-graduate advising and creates innovative, student-centered programming to prepare undergraduates for competitive applications and post-college success.
Prior to her work at UNC, Caitlin spent seven years at Georgetown University in graduate admissions and career development roles. During this time, she equipped students with the tools to stand out in selective academic and professional environments. Caitlin brings a keen understanding of graduate admissions, a deep commitment to student growth, and a coaching style rooted in encouragement, clarity, and practical outcomes. Her experience also includes expertise in strategic program management, international outreach and recruitment, and digital communication and stakeholder engagement.
