Hi, my name is Yuxiao, and I’m a Graduate Coach at InGenius Prep. My friends and colleagues often call me Chloe. I went to college in China and received my Masters degrees from the Chinese University of Hong kong and Harvard University. Through preparing and making the applications on my own, I also received offers and scholarships from Columbia University, University of Pennsylvania, City University of Hong Kong, etc. I am especially good at motivating students with a less-than-ideal background to reach their highest potential. I am also good at helping outstanding students find a niche and develop a unique application persona that opens the door for top universities. As a result, some of the students I coached got into Columbia University, University of Pennsylvania, etc.
As an all-rounder, I coached hundreds of students in test prep, such as TOEFL, IELTS, and GRE; I made speeches in front of more than 8,000 people, and I have professional experience in business development and design for the Tech industry in silicon valley. With rich experience in career and major transitions, I would be happy to help students who want to switch majors and/or break into Tech after graduation.
Besides working, I love snowboarding in Tahoe, hiking in the redwood national park, and learning & exploring new realms.
