Diana Flores is a Former Admissions Officer with InGenius Prep, based in Boston. She earned her BA from Bates College, where she double majored in Sociology and Latin American Studies, and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Education Policy and Analysis at the Harvard Graduate School of Education. While at Bates, Diana developed a passion for education and student programming, taking on multiple leadership roles across campus.
Following her undergraduate degree, Diana worked for four years in selective college admissions. During this period, she traveled extensively across the United States to recruit students and establish relationships with community-based organizations. She also focused on developing robust and inclusive programming to foster a stronger sense of community for students on campus, supervised the student tour guide program, and played a key role in enhancing the campus visit experience for prospective students and their families.
As a first-generation college student, Diana is deeply committed to supporting first-gen students throughout their academic journeys and strives to make the admissions process less stressful and more accessible for all students. Originally from New York City and a native Spanish speaker, she is dedicated to building meaningful connections with students from diverse backgrounds and understanding their goals and aspirations.
Diana has helped hundreds of students successfully navigate the college admissions process. As a Former Admissions Officer, she combines her passion for accessible education with her admissions experience to provide thoughtful, personalized support to students as they pursue their academic goals.
