Hello, I am a Career Counselor at InGenius Prep. As someone who switched careers from teaching to consulting, I know how challenging it can be to build the resume, profile, and work experience that sets you apart for top roles. I launched my career as a member of Teach For America and taught 6th and 7th grade English and history in the South Bronx in New York City. During that time, I earned my Masters in Education from Pace University. After 4 years in the classroom, I moved to Washington DC to earn my MBA from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business. At Georgetown, I helped build our consulting case certification and consulting preparation program. I have spent almost a decade in consulting, serving as a key leader launching a management consulting practice for a large accounting firm, building a change management practice, and managing complex challenges for clients across many distinct industries.
During this time, I partnered with case interview expert Marc Cosentino to write Case In Point: Government and Nonprofit which prepares people for consulting and case interviews. I also wrote Case In Point: Crafting Your Consulting Career which captures insights from consultants at various stages of their careers and answers the most common questions that I have received about consulting. I’ve delivered global workshops on consulting and case interviews at top programs and have helped hundreds of candidates build their resumes, differentiate themselves, and prepare for case interviews and a career in consulting.
I’m based in Washington DC and enjoy helping people launch and build their career. I look forward to working with you!
