Graham Rosby is a Former Admissions Officer with InGenius Prep, based in Chicago, Illinois. He earned his AB in linguistics, with a minor in theater from the University of Chicago. He worked as an assistant director of admissions for his alma mater, reading applications from the southern California region and managing on-campus programming for Chicago Public Schools students.
Following his time in the admissions counseling professional world, Graham began a career as a mathematics educator, teaching high school mathematics at Phillips Andover, where he helped mentor many students through the college admissions process to highly selective institutions. He then earned a masters degree in instructional leadership for mathematics at Harvard’s Graduate School of Education in 2018, focusing on how to bring a progressive and interdisciplinary lens to the classroom, engaging students holistically. Over a ten-year career in the math classroom, he has helped dozens of students achieve their post-secondary goals.
Graham continues to take this holistic approach as a Former Admissions Officer. He helps students tell the story of who they are becoming – not who they think they should be. Providing a true and balanced profile of a students’ character that will help them not only succeed in the college search process, but be self-actualized and empowered to follow their dreams through college and beyond.
