Hi! I am Guilherme Blanski Küster, and I am a Graduate Coach with InGenius Prep, based in Seattle, Washington. I graduated with an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management. I also completed a BS and an MS in Economics in Brazil and have 12+ years of experience in corporate finance roles at multinational companies such as ExxonMobil, Electrolux, and Microsoft.
I enjoy combining my finance vocation with my passion for teaching, coaching, and helping others to succeed. Across my career, I have been doing that in various forms. During college, I was a tutor of Economics and served the community as a consultant for small businesses at the Economics Junior Enterprise. I also served four years as a volunteer manager of self-reliance services for an NGO, benefiting 150+ low-income families in Brazil.
Moreover, I worked for six years as a clinical professor of Economics and Finance at ESIC Business & Marketing School. During my two years at Kellogg, I presided over the Corporate Finance Club, served the MBA admissions committee, and worked as a part-time Teaching Assistant and Career Coach for the Kellogg Career Management Center, supporting incoming students in their recruiting journey. I was honored with the Kellogg Dean’s Distinguished Service Award and awarded as one of the “2020 Best & Brightest MBA’s” by Poets & Quants.
It is now my pleasure to coach prospective applicants in the rewarding journey of graduate school applications. Having been admitted to seven MBA programs with multiple scholarships, I am confident and excited about connecting with and helping InGenius Prep clients to be admitted to their dream schools.
