Jules Sanders is a Former Admissions Officer with InGenius Prep based in Los Angeles. Jules earned a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from Boston University. Over the past 15+ years, she has built a career in educational leadership, professional development, and career advising, working across higher education, edtech, and nonprofit industries.
She began her career in college admissions, serving as an undergraduate admissions officer and recruiter at UCLA before taking on the role of Graduate Admissions Director for the School of Architecture at USC. In these positions, she worked closely with students, faculty, and admissions committees, gaining firsthand insight into application review processes, institutional expectations, and the diverse experiences of students navigating higher education.
Her professional background also includes leading career coaching initiatives, curriculum development, and employment pipeline programs, partnering with universities, corporate organizations, and mission-driven institutions to design impactful learning experiences. She has advised more than 1,200 domestic and international students, guiding them through the college selection and application process and helping them strategically position themselves for success.
Through her extensive experience, Jules has developed a deep understanding of student needs, institutional priorities, and career pathways, allowing her to take a flexible and individualized approach to advising. She is passionate about helping students gain confidence, refine their narratives, and navigate the admissions process with clarity and purpose.
