Hi! I’m a Graduate Coach with InGenius Prep, focusing on tech recruitment. I have a BA from Dartmouth College, where I majored in Computer Science. My experience with tech recruitment stems from my personal experience applying to hundreds of tech companies, using different platforms and methods. Having followed an unconventional recruitment path, I tried many approaches to land interviews and to perform well in interviews, until I received many offers, finally choosing to join Microsoft as a Software Engineer.
My experience with recruitment has shown me that a rejection or failure does not mean one is unable or unqualified. Often it’s due to factors that can be iteratively worked on and improved. My goal is to help students see these factors and to help them gain the confidence needed to make the required improvements.
In my spare time, I like to read nonfiction books, play soccer, and play board games with friends.
