Lucas Demetriades is a Former Admissions Officer at InGenius Prep based in Pasadena, California. He is passionate about physics, sustainability, and the small college experience. Lucas earned his Bachelor of Arts in Physics from Carleton College, where he was honored with the Harriet Sheridan Endowed Prize for his exceptional writing skills.

After graduating, Lucas returned to Pasadena to work as an Undergraduate Admissions Counselor at the California Institute of Technology. There, he managed the Institute’s admissions blog, coordinated admitted student visit programs, and read applications, honing his ability to assess applications across various admissions criteria. He also increased Caltech’s yield rate from 50% to 65% during his tenure as an Undergraduate Admissions Counselor.
