Ruoxuan Lei is a Graduate Coach with InGenius Prep based in Massachusetts. With a master’s degree in human development and education from Harvard University and a BA in psychology from Brandeis University, Ruoxuan specializes in guiding students through the intricate process of graduate school applications. Ruoxuan’s solid foundation in psychology enables effective advising and consulting for students across diverse social science and business disciplines, including psychology, communication, marketing, business analytics, public administration, project management, and entrepreneurship.
Before joining InGenius, Ruoxuan was a research assistant at the SIM Lab at Brandeis University and the China Early Rural Education Collaborative Lab at Harvard University. During her time at Harvard, she became the Operations Director for the 2022 Harvard China Education Symposium, where she was responsible for coordinating the main events and interactions between creators, guests, and the audience of various education sub-forums. Through this role, she connected with numerous students and scholars, gaining extensive experience and a deep understanding of students’ needs in their academic journeys and application processes.
