About Ruqaiyah Damrah

Ruqaiyah Damrah is a Graduate Coach with InGenius Prep based in DC. She has a passion for helping students craft meaningful, authentic paths to higher education. She’s successfully mentored high school students through every stage of the admissions process, from long-term academic planning to essay development and independent projects. She believes in a holistic approach that empowers students to discover and articulate their own voice and story with clarity and confidence.

Ruqaiyah holds a degree from Yale University in History and is currently pursuing her Master’s in Arab Studies at Georgetown. She is passionate about history, politics, and literature, and plans to pursue a PhD to continue her studies. Her background also includes early childhood education and writing instruction.
