Hello! I graduated from Boston University (BU) with a degree in International Relations and Political Science and concentrated in International Systems and World Order, with an East Asia Regional Concentration. I started working at the BU Admissions office in the fall of 2015 as a Program Coordinator involved with our scholarship programs and the Seven Year Medical Program. Openings at the Admissions Reception Center allowed me to add those responsibilities to my work. It was there I discovered that I liked service operations and loved working with students. I then enrolled in the BU Questrom School of Business MBA program; I graduated from that program in 2019 with a double concentration in Operational and Technology Management and Leadership and Organizational Development.
I have always been involved with the Multicultural Recruitment aspects of admissions. After some time as an Assistant Director, I was able to join the MCR team officially and help oversee the Admissions Student Diversity Board (ASDB). As an Admissions Officer, I recruited and reviewed applications primarily from the Boston, Arizona, and New Mexico areas.
Outside of work, I love to stay active through sports, hiking, and the great outdoors in general. When I do find myself at home, I find my passion through cooking, especially barbequing. The pandemic increased my interest in gardening and I volunteer weekly at the Food Bank and Botanical Gardens.
