As a first-generation college student and immigrant from Hong Kong, her experience in higher education has profoundly influenced her career trajectory and shaped her dedication to serving the community with her expertise.
Since college, Jamie has held diverse roles in Student Services, Psychology Research, and Healthcare Management. Her compassion and intuitiveness have always shined through as she’s mentored community college students in navigating college applications, tutored high school students who were English language learners, and worked with bilingual parents in research studies. Her experience in Graduate Medical Education provides her valuable insight into the evaluation of applicants and residents, which she brings to her role in helping students with college admissions.
