Hello! I am a Former Admissions Officer with InGenius Prep, based in New Jersey/New York City. I am an experienced admissions professional with close to 15 years of experience with top tier schools both in Canada and the US. I worked at Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto in Canada and at Columbia University in New York City. I have read thousands of undergraduate and graduate applications, conducted interviews, and worked with students and their families.
I consider myself very driven and results-oriented. I like to take initiatives and add value through my entrepreneurial spirit. My professional experience includes admissions, recruitment, and alumni relations. One of the highlights in my career is managing the largest volunteer group at Columbia University located in the City of New York.
I have also taught English overseas and worked with a wide range of age groups. My experience in teaching allows me to build a strong rapport with my students. By earning their trust, I am able to gain a deeper understanding of my students, and together we discover what they are truly passionate about, and what their strengths are. I love working as an admissions consultant and helping my students with their admissions journey.
Outside of work, I am very committed to healthy living, and maintaining a well-balanced life. I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Nutrition Coach and Virtual Fitness Coach. As a five-time marathon finisher, I love to spread the joy of running and promote a healthy lifestyle. I led health and wellness initiatives at my previous workplaces. I am a passionate runner and I bring my skills to help organize local races to raise funds to support the town’s schools. Currently, I am a proud member of Girls on the Run; coaching a group of grade 3-5 girls to run their first 5k.
