I have been tutoring since I was in secondary school, volunteering my time as a mentor to younger year groups. Whilst at Cambridge University, I volunteered at Parkside Community College. I cut my teeth in this role and had very positive results with the pupils. I really enjoyed seeing how students became more and more confident during our time together.
After university, I went to Shanghai to tutor full-time. I did both in-person and online tutoring and became skilled at using dedicated interactive software to make lessons engaging and fun. Returning to Europe, I have tutored both face to face in London and online.
I now work at an investment bank and believe that this adds practical skills to my more academic Economics and Finance knowledge. I am particularly interested in the stock market and other publicly traded markets and hope to transmit this passion to future students. I hope to advise on not only university but career goals.
My teaching style is fun and effective and has been honed through hundreds of hours of tutoring experience. I look forward to helping you with your academic pursuits.
