Jee-In Lee is a Graduate Coach with InGenius Prep. She earned her BS in Policy Analysis and Management from Cornell University and a JD from Cornell Law School. Jee-In’s background includes working abroad in Sydney and Jeju City, as well as interning with the Smithsonian Institution and an Assistant District Attorney’s office. Now, she brings her industry and educational experience to her role as a counselor for college applicants.
At Cornell, Jee-In has been deeply involved in supporting students. She has served as a Teaching Assistant for a course on AI Ethics in the Computing and Information Science department. She has also worked as the legal liaison for the Graduate Professional Women’s Network. Throughout her experience at Cornell, she has been heavily involved in helping fellow Cornellians succeed—advising students through every step of the admissions process.
As a Graduate Coach, Jee-in uses her interdisciplinary background and passion for helping others to deliver personalized, creative guidance to her students. She combines her passion for counseling with her experience in technology, science, and law to deliver detailed feedback to her students. She quickly adapts to her mentees’ learning styles and works closely to understand their academic and career goals.
