Hi! My name is Ashleigh Taylor. I am a graduate of the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor with a Bachelor’s in Sport Management, where I am a former Senior Admissions Counselor. After graduation, I began working for the university’s Office of Undergraduate Admissions as an application reader and reviewed thousands of applications for a variety of programs including liberal arts, engineering, nursing and kinesiology. During this time, I returned to school to obtain my Master’s in Educational Leadership with a specialization in Higher Education. In my Senior Counselor role, I managed recruitment for territories in Michigan, Ohio, China and India. I advised prospective students on the best ways to make their application stand out during the complex admissions process and am excited to provide you with this knowledge as well.
I am passionate about helping students access the education that they need to fulfill their dreams and career goals. I believe in the importance of not only finding a university that fits my students’ academic needs, but that also provides the opportunities and experiences that will help them grow.
In my spare time, I love to travel, try new foods, listen to podcasts and hang out with my family.
